Fees and service provided

Introduction:

Hi, my name is Kathryn Sturrock and I am an Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant. Apart from Weddings I also conduct a variety of different ceremonies throughout  wider metropolitan Perth; a few of the ceremonies I conduct  are; Name Giving,  Commitment Ceremonies and Renewal or Reaffirmation of Vows. I will work with you in order to help you create a ceremony that will reflect your personalities, cultures / customs,  and one you will be proud to be part of.

Meetings:

At least two meetings should be held. At the first meeting you will tell me about your ideas and plans for your ceremony. I will provide you with resources both written and web sites.    After the first meeting we will stay in touch by phone or email.

The second meeting, which is held near the actual date of the ceremony,  is to go through the written ceremony, and make any changes if required. We will rehearse the ceremony if this is required, and the balance of the fee is paid.

Booking fee:

When you confirm your ceremony with me a $150 booking fee is payable. This amount secures your date and time and is deducted from the total cost which is $400. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee is non-refundable. Payment can either be made by cash on the day we first meet, or by direct deposit. My account details are on the Tax Invoice/ Statement of fees that I give you on the day.

Certificates:

I provide you with beautifully printed Certificates for the Naming Ceremony, Commitment Ceremony,  Renewal of Vows, Grandparents, Mentors and / or Godparents.

PA System:

I can provide a PA system  which will ensure all of your guests will be able to hear the ceremony.

Signing Table:

I can provide a signing table and two chairs.
